1. Too many ingredients in
the frying tank.
2. The set heating tempera-
ture is too low.
3. The cooking time is too
short.
The chosen snack should be
cooked in a traditional fryer.
1. You are cooking ingredients
with a high oil content.
2. Oil residue from previous
use still remains inside the fr-
ying tank.
1. Place the ingredients in
the frying tank in small por-
tions. Frying in small por-
tions will result in a more
even fry.
2. Set a higher temperature.

You can choose oven snacks
or add a small amount of oil
to the snack to enhance its
crispiness.
1. When cooking ingredients
with relatively high oil con-
tent in the air fryer, a signi-
ficant amount of oil smoke
may infiltrate the pan. The
oil will produce white oil
smoke, and the pan might be
hotter than usual. However,
this will not affect the final
cooking result.
2. White smoke is produced
when heating oil and fat insi-
de the fryer. Be sure to clean
the pan thoroughly after
each use.
