Roast blade
The roast blade is mainly used for searing and stirring.
Note: Do not use the roast blade above speed 2.
To install the roast blade, do the following:

Place the blender jar in the correct orientation onto the unit base and secure.

Grasp the top of the blade post.

Lower the roast blade over the drive coupler in the bottom of the blender jar,
making sure the tabs on the drive coupler line up with the slots in the bottom
of the dough hook. Then press down firmly and turn anti-clockwise until it
clicks into place.
Note: The blender jug must be firmly seated on the base of the appliance,
otherwise you will not be able to remove the blade.
