6. Before tightening the screws make sure the blade is aligned laterally to the comb with
approximately 0.5mm between the front edge of the comb and the front edge of the
blade (Fig. 5).
7. Tighten the screws.
8. Check cutting comb for the desired alignment and repeat until desired performance is
achieved.
9. Repeat this procedure until proper alignment is achieved.
10. Make sure the clipper is properly adjusted and operating safely prior to use.
LUBRICATION
1. To ensure the blade remains sharp, lubricate cutting head daily or after each use.
2. To lubricate, apply 2-3 drops of lubrication oil (K) directly to the blade (Fig. 3).
3. If cutting performance declines significantly despite maintenance, cleaning and/or
lubrication the head may need to be replaced. Contact customer service at
(888) 864-6409 for more information.
4. Failure to lubricate the device renders any warranty null and void.
DISPOSAL
1. Packaging is made from recycled materials; Separate parts according to type and
dispose in accordance with applicable environmental protection regulations.
2. Remove lithium battery prior to disposal.
3. Do not dispose of battery or power adapter with domestic waste; refer to important
safety instructions above for proper handling. Batteries and power adapters are collect-
ed free of charge at local collection points (refer to your local council) or by any battery
retailer.
4. Do not reconnect the appliance to the power supply after the batteries have been re-
moved.
5. The end user is responsible for proper disposal at a special waste collection center.
