Safety Advice
The product is single use and should only be
used by one patient.
Should it be used for the treatment of more
than one patient, the manufacturer's product
liability shall lapse in accordance with the Med-
ical Devices Act.
Never apply the product to open wounds and
only use under prior medical instruction.
The patient may only adjust it in consultation
with his/her treating doctor.
Should you experience excessive pain, swelling,
numbness or sensitivity changes, unusual
reactions or an uncomfortable sensation while

with 15° abduction pads
Fasten stomach strap (a). Insert the arm

support (b) into the abduction pad (c) until
you hear a snap. Move sideways towards the
OPTIVOshoulder and place the arm in the arm
support (b). (Fig. 1)
Fasten velcro strap. Lay shoulder strap (d)

over the healthy shoulder.
