The gun trigger must not be jammed in position "ON" dur-
u
ing operation.
During use of high pressure cleaners, aerosols may be
u
formed. Inhalation of aerosols can be hazardous to
health.
Shielded nozzles can reduce the aerosol effect. If neces-
u
sary wear personal protective equipment (PPE) e. g.
safety goggles, breathing protection etc to protect
against water, particles and/or aerosols sprayed back
from parts.
High pressure may cause objects to rebound. If necessary
u
wear suitable personnel protective equipment such as
safety goggles.
Vehicle tyres/tyre valves may only be cleaned from a min-
u
imum distance of 30 cm in order to avoid damages by the
high-pressure jet. The first indication of damage is the
discolouration of the tyre. Damaged vehicle tyres/ tyre
valves are dangerous to life.
Never use the pressure washer without the filter or with a
u
dirty or damaged filter. Using the pressure washer
without a filter or with a dirty or damaged filter may inval-
idate the warranty.
Metal parts may become hot after prolonged usage, if ne-
u
cessary wear protective gloves.
Avoid high pressure washing in bad weather conditions
u
especially when there is a risk of lightning.
Wear suitable protective clothing to protect against
u
splash water. Do not use the appliance within the range of
persons, unless they wear protective clothing.
Do not direct the jet against yourself or others in order to
u
clean clothes or footwear.
Do not use solvent-containing liquids, undiluted acids,
u
acetone or solvents, including petrol, paint thinners,

Recommendations for Optimal Handling of the
Battery Pack
Do not open the battery. Danger of short-circuiting.
u
Protect the battery against heat (e.g., against
continuous intense sunlight), fire, water, and
moisture. There is a risk of explosion.
In case of damage and improper use of the battery pack,
u
vapours may be emitted. Ventilate the area and seek
medical help in case of complaints. The vapours can irrit-
ate the respiratory system.
Use the battery only in products of the manufacturer. This
u
measure alone protects the battery against dangerous
overload.
The battery can be damaged by pointed objects such as
u
nails or screwdrivers or by force applied externally. An in-
ternal short circuit can occur and the battery can burn,
smoke, explode or overheat.
Do not short-circuit the battery. There is a risk of explo-
u
sion.
Occasionally clean the venting slots of the battery using a
u
soft, clean and dry brush.
Charge the battery only with the supplied charger.
u
Only use the batteries recommended by the manufac-
u
turer, see Technical Data.
Ensure the product is switched off before inserting the
u
battery. Inserting the battery into a product that has the
switch on can cause accidents.
Protect the battery against moisture and water.
