Disconnect battery pack from tool before making any assembly, adjustments
or changing accessories. Such preventive safety measures reduce the risk of
starting the tool accidentally.
Inserting and Releasing Battery Pack
(Fig. 2)
Use only Bosch or AMP-
Share batteries recommend-
ed in the battery/charger list, included with
your tool. Using other types of batteries may
result in personal injury or property damage.
Slide charged Battery Pack 19 into the housing
until the battery pack locks into position.
Your tool is equipped with a secondary locking
latch to prevent the battery pack from complete-
ly falling out of the handle, should it become
loose due to vibration.
To remove the Battery Pack 19, press the Bat-
tery Pack Release Button 20 and slide the bat-
tery pack forward.
Press the Battery Pack Release Button 20 again
and slide the battery pack completely out of tool
housing.

Saw Assembly
Attaching the Blade

erty damage.
1. Press and hold the Shaft Lock Button 4. Turn
Blade Stud 27 with provided Wrench 28 in
the direction b and remove Blade Stud 27
and Outer Washer 26. Note: the wrench is
stored near the battery compartment.
2. Make sure the saw teeth and arrow on the
blade point in the same direction as the ar-
row on the lower guard.
3. Retract the lower guard all the way up into
the upper guard. While retracting the lower
guard, check operation and condition of the
LOWER GUARD SPRING.
