RECOMMENDATIONS FOR LOUDSPEAKER PLACEMENT
- If the audio setting is stereo:
- Never place speakers of different channels (R and L) in different rooms.
- Install the speakers in the proper position, relative to the listener position. The active speaker will
play audio over the left channel and the passive speaker will play audio over the right channel.
- For in-ceiling placement of stereo speakers, it is recommended to place the ceiling speakers at the same
distance from each wall, along the length of the room and at least 2 metres apart to achieve the best
stereo separation effect.
- If the loudspeakers are going to be within 2 metres of each other, consider placing one loudspeaker in
that room and the other(s) in another room. In this case, it will be necessary to set the audio to MONO.
