Solution
-
Make sure all 3 connectors are plugged in
(head, back of the boom, into the power pack)

If the error code remains, call customer service

Replace the light guide with a new light guide
that was not first placed on a Zoom! Advanced
Power or older system

If one or more sessions are interrupted by any
of the 3 possible causes listed, the lost session
cannot be recovered

Pull the light guide off and reinstall correctly

Place the light guide on the head with the word
'TOP' facing up
-
Call customer service for a replacement head
