- To avoid a fierce start up of the fan, it is
advisable to start off from the lowest speed
position and, once the fan has been switched
on, progressively increase the speed to the
desired position.
ELECTRONIC SPEED CONTROL
- The speed of the appliance can be regulated
by using the speed regulator control (I). This
function is very useful, as it makes it possible to
adapt the speed of the appliance to the type of
work that needs to be done.
ONCE YOU HAVE FINISHED USING THE
APPLIANCE:
- Stop the appliance, selecting position OFF on
the selector control.
- Unplug the appliance from the mains.
- Lift the jar from the motor body.
- Clean the appliance.
"SMOOTHIES/CREAMS" FUNCTION
- This function is designed to make smoothies,
creams, purees, gazpacho ...
- IMPORTANT: never work with liquids that are
boiling or ingredients whose temperature
exceeds 80oC.
- With the selector knob in the ON position,
press the Smoothies/Creams button to operate
the function (J). The Smoothies / Creams button
will light up.
- By activating this function, the appliance will
automatically activate and progressively
increase its speed up to 1 minute. Can
deactivate the function manually.
"PULSE" FUNCTION
- The appliance works in highest speed to
achieve optimal performance.
- With the selector knob in the ON position,
press the Pulse button to operate the function
(K). The Pulse button will light up.
- We recommend working by turning the knob in
cycles of 3 seconds and repeating the operation
until you obtain the desired result.
- This function is only activated when the button
is held down, releasing it will stop the appliance.
"ICE CRUSH" FUNCTION
- This function gives optimal result for ice-
crushing, up to desired snowy level.
- Do not add more than 12 ice cubes of
20x20x20 mm.
- With the selector knob in the ON position,
press the Ice Crush button to activate
the function (L). The Ice Crush button will
illuminate.
- When activating this function, the appliance
will automatically activate for 1 second, stop
and activate again. So on until 30 seconds or
to deactivate the function manually.
SAFETY THERMAL PROTECTOR:
- The appliance has a safety device, which
protects the appliance from overheating.
- If the appliance turns itself off and does not
switch itself on again, disconnect it from the
mains supply, and wait for approximately 15
minutes before reconnecting. If the machine
does not start again seek authorized technical
assistance.
CLEANING
- Disconnect the appliance from the mains and
allow it to cool before undertaking any
cleaning task.
- Clean the equipment with a damp cloth with
a few drops of washing-up liquid and then dry.
- Do not use solvents, or products with an acid
or base pH such as bleach, or abrasive
products, for cleaning the appliance.
- Do not let water or any other liquid get into
the air vents to avoid damage to the inner
parts of the appliance.
- Never submerge the appliance in water or
any other liquid or place it under running
water.
- During the cleaning process, take special
care with the blades, as they are very sharp.
- If the appliance is not in good condition of
cleanliness, its surface may degrade and
inexorably affect the duration of the
appliance's useful life and could become
unsafe to use.
- The following pieces may be washed in a
dishwasher (using a soft cleaning program):
Jug
Cup
Lid
- Then dry all parts before its assembly and
storage.
