Tips
Before adding ingredients to the mixer box_l, press the "start/stop"
button and the
mixer _ill pause. To resume at the same speed, press the "start/stop"
button again.
When adding flour to recipes, mix at a low speed until incorporated.
Mixtures _ith large quantities of liquid shoukl be mixed at lm_er speeds to avoid
spattering.
Be sure to _atch liquids closelx while whipping, since the pox_erflll 400 _att motor
beats quickly.
