Ionization
The PM
or PM
measurements made by the AirQ Sensor may activate ionization, and

therefore air conditioning, depending on its configuration:
•
Auto. (By default) Ionization and air conditioning may be activated when the PM
measurement status falls within the ranges defined as Medium or Low.
•
Manual ON. Ionization will be activated when the zone is active and in demand, regardless
of the PM
or PM

the range defined by the user as Medium or Low and the zone is off or in comfort, a warning
will be sent to the user in the form of a notification or air conditioning will be activated to
ionize according to the priority set in the "IAQ Priority" parameter.
•
Manual OFF. Ionization will remain off regardless of the PM
and the zone status.
IAQ Priority (only if AirQ Box is available)
The Indoor Air Quality priority can be set from the zone settings menu. The logic of this
parameter is as follows:
•
Deactivated. (By default) Thermal comfort will be prioritized over the PM
measurement status, i.e., if the zone is in thermal comfort and the PM
measurement status is Medium or Low, neither air conditioning nor ionization will be
activated to correct the PM
•
Activated: PM
