24. Always hold the machine with both hands, and raise
and lower the mixer while stirring.
Move the machine around the entire container during
the mixing process to ensure a homogeneous finish.
(Fig. M)
Warning! If the mixer scrapes against the surface of
the container while running, a sharp drop in speed
could occur. This also increases battery consumption
considerably.
Work the material until an adequate mix is achieved
in accordance with the recommendations indicated by
the material manufacturers.
The more viscous the material to be mixed, the
greater the torque that acts on the machine (higher
battery consumption).
25. Work in such a way that the rpm does not drop
sharply. Avoid stopping the rotation of the machine.
(Fig. N)
Disconnection:
26. Release the on/off switch to stop the machine. The
mixer paddle will continue to rotate for a few seconds.
Wait for the machine to fully stop before removing the
paddle. (Fig. O)
27. Do not transport the tool with the mixer paddle fitted.
3.4 Cleaning and maintenace
Cleaning and correct maintenance of the machine extends
the useful life of its tools.
Immediately clean the machine and the mixer paddle
after each use.
Remove the battery before carrying out any cleaning or
maintenance tasks.
1. To clean the mixer paddle, it is recommended to place
it in a container with clean water and rotate it at low
speed until it is clean. (Fig. P)
2. Keep the machine's cooling vents clean and clear of
obstructions.
Specific instructions for the battery charger:
Any repairs to the charger must only be carried out by
specialist technicians.
3. The charger must not be stored in a damp environment
or in locations with corrosive gases.
4. Clean the surface of the charger with a dry cloth only.
5. The charger cannot be disassembled. If the equipment
is damaged, contact the supplier or manufacturer.
6. If the charger power supply cable is damaged, only
the manufacturer, the customer support service or a
properly qualified person should replace it, in order
to prevent situations that might pose a danger to the
user.
Specific instructions for the battery:
The batteries are designed to provide a long, problem-free
service life. Nevertheless, for longer battery life, follow
these instructions:
-
Remove the battery from the charger once it is fully
charged and is ready to be used. (Fig. Q)
-
The battery should be charged within a temperature
range of 0 to 40°C.
-
