designed for this tool.
WARNING! This charger is designed solely for
indoor use, and should not be used in damp or wet
conditions.
Fixing of the battery charger
These chargers can be installed on a wall or a table. If
mounted on a wall, place the charger within reach of a
socket and away from a corner or any other obstruction
that could impede air flow. Mount the charger using
screws (not included). Align the slots at the rear of the
charger with the exposed screws and insert them fully in
the slots. (Fig. B)
Battery charging
3. Insert the battery in the charger and ensure that it is
correctly positioned. If the battery is not fully charged,
the red light (charge) will repeatedly flash, indicating
that the charging process has started.
4. At the end of the charging process, the red light
will remain steady without flashing. In addition, the
battery charge indicator will remain on with all the
LEDs lit. Then remove the battery from the charger for
use or storage.
5. To remove the battery from the charger, press the
battery release button and slide it away from the
charger.
Battery level indicator
6. The ENERGY 18V battery includes a state of charge
indicator. This consists of four LEDs (green and yellow)
that indicate the remaining battery level.
7. To activate the battery meter, press the red button
located on the left-hand side of the indicator. A
combination of the four LEDs will come on to indicate
the remaining battery level. When the battery level is
low, only the yellow LED will come on. This indicates
that battery recharging is necessary.
