Environmental Protection:
Disposal:
Electrical appliances in accordance with Directive 2012/19/EU and batteries/
rechargeable batteries in accordance with Directive 2006/66/EC must not be
disposed of with household waste.Electrical appliances and rechargeable batteries
must be collected separately and taken to a recycling company for
environmentally friendly disposal. If the products contain batteries/rechargeable batteries or
illuminants that can be removed from the old appliance without destroying it, these must be
removed before disposal and disposed of separately as batteries/rechargeable batteries or
illuminants. Ask the local authorities or your specialist dealer/manufacturer about recycling
centers and collection points for the proper disposal of electrical waste and batteries/
rechargeable batteries.
Transport:
Li-ion batteries are subject to hazardous goods legislation and must therefore comply with the
requirements for hazardous goods labelling and transport packaging when transported by third
parties.However, transport by road by the user is possible without any requirements.Only
batteries with undamaged casings may be shipped. The battery must be packed in such a way
that it cannot move, and open contacts must be taped shut.
Warranty:
We provide a warranty for this Berner device from the date of purchase and in accordance with
the legal/ country-specific regulations (proof of purchase trought invoice or delivery date).
Damage caused by improper use is not covered by waranty.
Claims under warranty can only be accepted if the device is returned fully assembled to your
Berner sales representative or an authorized Berner customer service workshop. We reserve the
right to make technical changes.
