Hang the grease cup on
the back of the griddle body.
S T E P 1 9
Use the two (2) M6x12
screws pre-installed in the handle
to attach the handle and two (2)
handle bezels to the hood.
TO USE THE HOOD: Place the hood on the griddle top. Push the hood
forward until the two (2) hood bolts drop into the griddle top slots.
TO REMOVE THE HOOD: Lift the hood out of the slots.
