CONNECTION TO THE HEATING PLANT
•
The manufacturer disclaims all responsibility caused by incorrect installation, using,
tampering, maintenance or no respect of normative in force.
•
The installation and the connection of the equipment to the heating plant as singular
or with others heating equipment ( es. gas boiler, solar panel, termo-chimney ...)
must be done by qualify staff who can carry out a perfect work and who can release
the conformity certification according to normative in force in the country of
installation.
•
The installation of the appliance and the connection to the heating plant must be
carried out by a qualified staff, who is authorized to release a conformity
certificate according with the normative in force and current standards.
•
Cut-off cocks must be installed out of the appliance, which permits to insulate the
stove in case the thermal plant should be disconnected for maintenance and/or
repair purposes.
•
Water or steam exhaust tubes and safety pipings must must release in an adequate
place in order to avoid damages to the appliance or the the installation place.
•
Flexible tubes are preferred to connect the appliance to the plant.
•
In order to avoid problems arising from residuals and/or deposit it is deeply
recommended to effect a complete washing of the plant (specially by new plants)
before connecting the appliance.
•
The installation of the appliance must be effected with an open expansion tank : An
Over-pressure Valve (3bar) must be applied to the plant as well as a visualizer of
the boiler water temperature. All safety devices must be accessible also after the
installation, in order to allow an easy maintenance and the control of their
functioning.
•
We recommend to regulate the starting control of the circulator (pump) so that the
water begins to circulate at a temperature of 55° - 60°C, lower temperature could
create condensate on the wall of the boiler.
•
The connection of the appliance to the thermal plant should also foresee a cock for
the emptying of the boiler. This cock should be placed on the backflow tube and, if
possible, connected to the a sink.
•
Before using the appliance it is necessary to fill the boiler of the cooker, as well as
of the heating plant and eliminate possible air bubbles.
•
It is strictly forbidden to use the appliance if it is not connected to a functioning
heating plant.
•
Interception taps, if available, must always be opened while operative.
•
The installation water should have some chemical and physical characteristics for a
good functioning of the equipment for a long time. The feeding water of bad quality
could cause problems as incrustations of the
sometimes the corrosion of water surfaces of the complete circuit. The presence of
chalky incrustation penalize a lot the thermic exchange and dangerous overheating
could be caused. Here follow some examples to make treatment for water : Water
hardnes > di 20°f ; Heating plan with open expansion tank; Frequent water
introduction due to lacks or maintenance operation.
