3.4.- REMOVING THE SPITS FROM THE ROASTER

To remove the spits from the roaster, proceed to open the glass door,
with the hook hold the spit and take hold of the handle pulling the spit to
dislodge it from the bearing.
This operation must be done with gloves since once the roast is finished
the appliance is very hot and special attention must be paid to the rota-
tion of the spits.

3.5.- CLEANING AND MANTEINANCE

- CLEANING
The daily cleaning at the end of the job guarantees a good operation and
extends the life of the appliance.
The roasters are designed in such a way that they are easily remova-
ble and accessible for their conservation and cleaning. NO CLEANING
WILL BE DONE BY JET PRESSURE.
Stainless steel surfaces
The enclosure and the separators between burners are made of stain-
less steel, material of excellent quality and durability. Cleaning with a
suitable detergent daily will remain in perfect condition, the separators
are removable for easy cleaning.
Burners
The burners should not be cleaned with water, as these could clog, if you
want to clean leave the burner on for a few minutes and let it burn any
fat that may exist.
Fat collector.
After each use the fat collector will be extracted, emptying its contents
ATTENTION: The fat collector should only be handled when it is cold or
failing to use protective gloves to avoid burns.
- CONSERVATION AND MAINTENANCE
Once a year, a general cleaning of the device should be carried out. It
must take into account the cleanliness of the injectors, the valves and
the greasing of the them.
