5.1 Replacement of the peristaltic pipe
Roller holder
in vertical

Screw 1
Rinse with clean water the pump body, the valve, the peristaltic pipe and the injector.
Place the roller holder on a vertical position.
Remove and identify clearly the suction and discharge pipes.
Unscrew the 2 screws in order to remove the cover of the pump body.
Slowly unclip the suction union, then swivel the pipe around the upper roller
Then unclip the union on the discharge side, the pipe and unions are now completely removed.
Replace the new pipe the same way, beware not to pinch it.
Replace the cover and tighten the screws again.
5.2 Cleaning of the probe
Dip the probe in an acid solution (such as vinegar). Wait 5 minutes and rinse the probe with clean water.
Do not leave the probe in the open air. Put the original cap filled with water back on it, so that the head always
remains wet.
5.3 Storage after use
The pipe must be rinsed with clean water, dismantled and stored in a temperate place.
