The cable going out from the C.G. No.1 must be connected to a free contact (O volt) NO (normally
open).
Connect l wire to a free terminal located on top of the contactor, and the other wire to the opposite
terminal which is below the contactor.
In case of no free terminal available (three-phase pump or any other device already connected) install an
additional contactor by linking the terminals A1 and A2 together, and repeating the above-mentioned
operation on the new contactor (1 wire connected to a free terminal on top of the contactor, the
other wire connected to the opposite terminal below the contactor).
Connection between the control panel and the pump body
The cable going out the C.G. No. 2 must be connected to the pump control board.
Pass the cable through the cable gland of the pump control board, bare it and connect it to the 'domino'
(main terminal). Carefully check Black wire with Blue wire, Red wire with Brown wire.
Close the control board with the screws that are provided.
Mains connection
Install a socket on the wall, this socket must be protected by a circuit breaker or a fuse 2A.
Connect the 2-pole moulded plug 230V.
Measuring probe
Connect the BNC plug of the probe
3.7 PROBE
Do not install the probe as long as water is not correctly filtered, in order to avoid any early alteration.
Place the probe at mid-height on the mounting clap upon the pipe.
4.0 OPERATION
4.1 MIXY LINK PROGRAMMING
4.1.1 FRONT PANEL
The functioning of the pump (ON/OFF), the pH or Redox read value (measured by the probe), the
pH or Redox requested value (that can be modified whether by the professional or the user) are
permanently displayed on the lit screen.
Information or warning (alarm) messages can be displayed on the second line.
Enter in the set menu, switch ON / OFF.
Browse in the sub-menus and modification of the displayed values.
Entering a modification.
Cancelling the programs and exit.
4.1.2 DEFAULT SETTINGS :
pH set point : 7.2
Type of injection : pH minus injection
Rx set point : 650
Volume of the pool : 50 m
Options : not activated
4.1.3 CALIBRATION OF THE pH PROBE and SETTING OF THE INJECTION MODE
Accessories that are compulsory to calibrate the probe :
- 1 buffer solution pH7 (green), provided.
- 1 buffer solution pH4 (pink), provided + whether pH9
