6 Rectification of operating faults
6.1 General
Fault
Fan not running
Unit does not sufficiently dissipate the
heat.

Possible causes
No power supply.
Application limits exceeded.
Dirty filter
Fan defective.
Air circulation in switch cabinet
disrupted.
Remedial measures
Check power supply.
Check ambient air temperature and
internal load.
Clean filter, replace if necessary.
Call authorized specialist personnel;
change fan.
Check installations and circulation
channels in the switch cabinet.
Check air inflow and outflow on the inlet
and outlet side.
