What To Do
• The washer executes a check every time the washer is
started. Washer locks, rocks basket, and then unlocks for
ten seconds to ensure safe operation.
• Make sure cord is plugged securely into a working outlet.
• Turn both hot and cold faucets fully on.
• Check house circuit breakers/fuses. Replace fuses or
reset breaker. Washer should have separate outlet.
• Hold START/PAUSE button to start cycle.
• Close door and press START/PAUSE.
• If door is locked with START/PAUSE blinking, press
START/PAUSE two times to unlock the door.
• Make sure door is closed.
• Washer motor will stop if it becomes overheated. It will
automatically restart after a cool down period of up to
30 minutes (if washer has not been manually turned off).
• Washer has detected excessive unbalance and will
automatically attempt to rebalance load.
What To Do
• Make sure washer is level and rests firmly on the floor.
• Press START/PAUSE to stop the washer, open the
door and redistribute the load evenly. Close the door
and restart.
• Washer is overloaded. Stop washer and reduce load.
• See Installation Instructions for directions to remove
shipping bolts and foam block.
• Check drum for foreign objects. Turn items with
metal fasteners inside out.
What To Do
• Separate lint producers from lint collectors.
• Select a lower soil level.
• Try a liquid detergent.
• Use warmer water temperature.
• Wash drum may be fully loaded with loosely added items.
• Check fabric softener package for instructions and follow
directions for using dispenser.
