6.3 Maintenance work
The following components of the thermal imaging camera in particular can be
replaced by DrägerService:

Rechargeable battery
–
Window of the IR camera
–
Softshell cover
6.3.1 Changing the buttons for unlocking and panning
1. Unfasten the retaining ring on the plug-in connector.
2. Remove the buttons and replace with new ones.
3. Secure the buttons with a new retaining ring.

Storage
Carry out the following work every 6 months:

Check that the system is functioning correctly:
–
Switch on the thermal imaging camera and the In-Mask Display and pair
them.

Check that a thermal image is displayed in the In-Mask Display.
–
Switch the thermal imaging camera and the In-Mask Display off again.
–
Charge the batteries in the thermal imaging camera and the In-Mask
Display.
–
Replace the battery when its runtime is no longer sufficient.
Dräger recommends keeping the thermal imaging camera and the In-Mask
Display in their charging cradles so that the rechargeable batteries will be
regularly recharged.

This product must not be disposed of as household waste. This is indi-
cated by the adjacent symbol.
