This tool is specially designed for straight sawing
only of boards made from wood and derivatives (plywood,
chipboard etc.).
BEFORE USING THIS TOOL
Before using the tool, make sure the mains voltage
is correct: it must be the same as that on the specification
label. Machines with 230v can also be connected to a 220-
v mains supply.
Before plugging in the tool, always make sure the
control switch D works properly and returns to the OFF
position when released.
1 STARTING AND USE
The tool is supplied ready for use it is only necessary
to insert the abrasive paper onto the pad. The sanding disk
is particularly suitable for ledges and level surfaces. It can
easily reach the most difficult corners and guarantees clean
sanding and efficient removal. In order to start, plug it into
an electrical socket and press the switch onto position "1",
by pressing the switch onto the position "0" the machine will
stop.
2 DISK REGULATION
The disk thrust can be regulated by turning the upper
knob G (fig.1) which operates on the internal spring. By
tightening the knob the disk exerts greater pressure
onworkpiece and vice versa. In order to achieve maximum
performance the spring must be suitably loaded.
ATTENTION! Excessive pressure on the handgrip
does not necessarilyresult in higher sanding speed, on
the contrary, it can provoke motor overloading and less
efficient operation.
3 REPLACEMENT OF THE ABRASIVE DISK(fig.1)
1) Upset the machine
2) Screw out completely the safety screw A.
3) Put the key on the two holes of the fixing paper ring
B.
4) Push the stop rotation button C, turn the key D on
the direction indicated in the picture till when the ring is
completely unloosen and it can be taken off as well as the
