2. BEFORE USE

Take the product out of the box.
Remove all packaging material.
Remove all racks and pans.
Wash the racks and pans in hot soapy water.
Thoroughly dry all accessories and reassemble in the oven.
Operate the device while empty and at maximum temperature for 15 minutes approx. to
remove manufacturing rests.
Please note the next indications about each accessory, depending on the type of food to be
cooked.

Food tray
To cook roast chicken, Hamburg steak, au gratin, sponge cake and almost all other oven-
cooked foods.
For broiling and roasting meat, poultry, fish, and other foods.
