USE & MAINTENANCE

START-UP
WARNING ! Disconnect the power supply before carrying out any adjustment or maintenance.
1-1 BEFORE USING FOR THE FIRST TIME
a) Checks :
Make sure that the machine and its accessories have not been damaged in transit.
Make sure that all the components are correctly assembled and attached.
Make sure that the network voltage corresponds to the voltage on the nameplate.
b)
Assembly and replacing the disk (see attached drawing) :
Make sure that the machine is disconnected.
Remove the accessories if necessary.
Remove the blade guard.
Remove the shaft flange and nut using the specific tool.
Assemble the disk, flange and nut, ensuring that the elements are clean, and lock the assembly efficiently without excess force. Use
only the specified diamond-face disks to the exclusion of all other tools.
Check that the disk is properly locked.
Assemble and adjust all the accessories including the protective devices.
Carry out a no-load test for approximately 1 minute; check that the rotation direction of the disk corresponds to the specifications
(arrow) and check there is no vibration.
1-2 BEFORE START-UP
Read the safety instructions carefully.
Place the machine on the horizontal surface and make sure that it is stable.
In the event of excessive wear, cracking or disk fragmenting, replace the disk.
Adjust the protective accessories.
Check that nothing prevents the disk from rotating.
Before connecting the machine, make sure that the switch or circuit breaker is turned off.
For machines with a pump, immerse the pump entirely. For the other machines, fill the tank until the disk is immersed to the height of
the diamond facing.
1-3 DURING USE
Do not use this machine to cut any materials other than: tiling, stone, concrete, roof tiles, bricks or similar products.
Do not work on dry with continuous rim disks as this will affect their life span.
Do not apply force during cutting; apply constant and regular pressure to the material.
Regularly check the level of the water and top up if necessary.
For the various cutting configurations, see the attached drawings.
This machine is fitted with an integrated thermal protection device. In case this protection trips out owing to excessive heat or other,
after a few minutes, press again the starting button "I".
After 1 or 2 minutes, press button marked 46 to reset the thermal protection, then resume the normal starting-up process.
NB: The rules are simply adjustment indicators.
1-4 AFTER USE
Turn off and disconnect the machine from the electrical supply.
Drain the water from the tank, if necessary, eliminate the cutting waste and clean the various parts (see drawing). Use water to the
exclusion of any other product.
Never direct pressurized water at the machine.

MAINTENANCE
Make sure that the machine is disconnected.
Except for cleaning, the machine is maintenance-free.
For any repairs, see the attached warranty form for the address of the after-sales service corresponding to your country.
In any case, maintenance or repair must be carried out in strict observance of electric safety rules.
