b) Static
(only for Identcode characteristic "Flow monitor": 1; only possible with high
viscosity media. Not possible with pumps of the delta° product range.)
NOTE
The indicator "Flow" will disappear when the reed-contact is closed (the
float is at the topmost position).
NOTE
Even in the case of pumps with speed control (variable speed motor or
frequency converter) set the Flow Control initially to 90 Hz stroke rate.
The Flow Control will then generally run without problem, even at stroke
rates up to 200 Hz (test after setup!).

Reconnect the flow monitor cable
"Flow" now disappears from the pump's LCD display at every pressure
stroke
Slowly turn the control lever of the flow monitor to the right ("+"), until
"Flow" stops flashing
Turn the control lever back slightly until "Flow" starts to flash again
Set the required feed rate at the pump while it is running (via the
frequency)
Open the pressure relief valve upstream from the Flow Control - "Flow"
should stop flashing. If not, turn the control lever of the flow monitor
slowly to the right again ("+"), until "Flow" stops flashing
Close the pressure relief valve upstream from the Flow Control again and
adjust - "Flow" must start flashing again.
Unplug the flow monitor cable (to temporarily disable the flow monitor).
Turn the control lever to the left as far as it will go (" - ")
Apply the required operating pressure to the discharge line (max. 10 bar)
Set the stroke rate to 90 Hz
