IMPORTANT
• If the pump was calibrated before the installation of the Flow Control it
• The Flow Control cannot be used as a stop element.

by pressing the P-key.
Priming

NOTE
The indicator "Flow" will disappear when the reed-contact is closed (the
float is at the topmost position).
NOTE
Even in the case of pumps with speed control (variable speed motor or
frequency converter) you should set the Flow Control initially to 90 Hz
stroke rate. The Flow Control will then normally run without problem,
even at stroke rates up to 200 Hz (test after setup!).

Commissioning
may be necessary to recalibrate the pump after installation.
Do not attempt to stop the hole for the float with the control lever!

should be set to "Discharge stroke" – "fast" to operate
prime (press the two arrow keys on the pump together)
Unplug the flow monitor cable (to temporarily disable the flow monitor)
Turn the control lever left as far as it will go (" - ")
Enter the required operating pressure for the discharge line (max. 10 bar)
Set the stroke rate to 90 Hz
