"Flow Control" flow monitors, sizes 3 to 5, are suitable for metering pumps
in the Sigma/ 1, Sigma/ 2 and Sigma/ 3 or size 3 for metering pumps of the
delta
directly onto the pump head if liquid ends have an integrated pressure relief
valve. The flow monitor is supplied ready fitted with a connection cable.
It is used for monitoring the flow volume pulses of the dosing pump in
accordance with the float and orifice principle. The partial flow of liquid
media flowing past the float is adjusted using the control lever to the lift
volume set at the pump such that an alarm is given if the flow drops below
the set feed rate.
The user can set the permitted number of incomplete strokes/min at the
pump between 1-127 for precise adaptation to the process requirements.

• The Flow Control is exclusively designed to feed the pulse of the flow
• The Flow Control can be screwed directly (without adapter) onto liquid
• The Flow Control may be used only in conjunction with a pressure relief
• All other uses or modifications are prohibited!
• The Flow Control cannot indicate a burst in the pump discharge line.
• The Flow Control must be operated by trained personnel.
• Observe the relevant national directives throughout the service life phases
• You must observe the information in the operating instructions manual on
