If the device stops working properly, please refer to the troubleshooting table
shown below to see if you can resolve the problem yourself.
Never, under any circumstances, attempt to repair or open the device yourself.
If a repair is necessary, please contact our Service Centre or another authorised
repair workshop.

Troubleshooting
Check all the cable connections for damage,
ensure the correct cables have been used and
check the Bluetooth connection.
Check that all the connected devices have the
correct electricity supply.
Check the volume level on the output device. If
necessary, increase the volume.
Move the position of the soundbar to avoid dis-
ruptive external influences.
Move the objects responsible for the distortion
(mobile phone or similar) away from the device.
Disconnect the subwoofer and soundbar from
the power.
Reconnect the two devices to the mains and
turn the soundbar on again.
The automatic coupling is be repeated.
