FEATURES  
1. The   pressure   of   this   cooker   is   70   Kpa.   Maximum   temperature   reaches   110ºC   and   maximum  
pressure   i s   4 20   K pa.  
2. If   cooker   is   not   completely   locked,   it   will   not   reach   further   than   5   Kpa,   no   matter   how   long   is  
heating.   W ith   p ressure   h igher   t han   5   K pa   c ooker   s hall   n ot   b e   o pened,   f or   s ecurity   r easons.  
3. Alarm   p lug   w ill   b e   a ctivated   a s   a   c aution   s ign   w hen   i nternal   p ressure   r eaches   c ertain   l evel.

USE  
 
1. Before   using   for   the   first   time,   it   is   recommended   to   spread    
some   oil   in   the   lugs   of   cover   and   body,   this   will   help   opening  
and   c losing   t he   c ooker   ( illustration   1 )  
 
 
 
2. Before   every   use,   clean   carefully   the   vent   pipe   and   check   it   is  
not   b locked   ( illustration   2 )  
 
 
 
3. Close   the   cooker   making   sure   that   the   specially   designed   lugs  
on   t he   c over   a nd   b ody   d oes   n ot   m atch,   s o   i t   w ill   c lose   c orrectly

4. Heat  the  pressure  cooker  and  place  the  vent  pipe  when  steam  
comes   o ut   f or   t he   f irst   t ime   ( illustration   4 )  
 
 
 
5. Cooking  time  begins  when  steam  comes  out  through  the  vent  
pipe.   Gradually   lower   the   heat   to   maintain   a   slow,   steady  
motion   ( illustration   5 )  
 
 
 
6. When   cooking   is   completed,   turn   off   burner   and   remove   the  
cooker   from   it.   Wait   until   the   pressure   and   the   steam
