Never use the charger if its cord or plug is defective. The defect must be repaired by a qualified person.
Do not use a charger that has been hit with high force, dropped, or damaged in any other way. Have the
charger checked and, if necessary, repaired by an authorized service company.
Do not attempt to disassemble the charger. Have all repairs performed by an authorized service
company. An improperly assembled charger may cause electric shock or a fire.
Before performing any maintenance on the charger and before cleaning it, disconnect it from the power
supply.
Whenever the charger is not in use, disconnect it from the power supply network.

Even though the design of the tool is safe in principle and extra protective measures have been used,
there is always a residual risk of injury during work.
Li-ion batteries may leak, ignite, or explode if they are heated up to high temperatures or shorted.
Do not store the batteries in a car during hot and sunny days. Do not open the battery. Li-ion
batteries contain electronic protection devices which, if damaged, may cause the battery to ignite
or explode.
DESIGN AND INTENDED USE
The drill/driver is a cordless power tool. Its drive is a commutator DC motor with fixed magnets and
a planetary gearbox. The drill/driver is intended for driving in and out screws and bolts in wood, metal,
plastic, and ceramics, and for drilling holes in those materials. Battery-powered, cordless power tools are
particularly useful to perform works related to interior fitout, adaptation of premises, etc.
Always use the power tool in accordance with its intended use.
