ATTENTION
This filter shaker is provided with a thermal device
protecting it from possible overheating or anomalous
functioning.
ATTENTION
Changes in the electrical connection of the vacuum
cleaner and of the filter shaker device could cause
serious damages, even the death of the operator, and
irreparable damages to the vacuum cleaner and the
filter shaker device themselves.
MANUAL SP13 / OPERATION METHOD
The vacuum cleaner is provided with a switch /commutator
that in the position "I" starts up the motor of the vacuum clea-
ner, while in the position "II" starts up the filter shaker device.
The maximum time use of filter shaker is 15 seconds (ON) and
the minimum time between one use and the subsequent one
is 2/3 minutes (OFF).
Once the filter has been shaken, before starting the vacuum
cleaner again, it is necessary to wait for some minutes so
that the dust detached from the filter can precipitate on the
bottom of the tank.
AUTOMATIC REMOTE CONTROL ELECTRO-PNEUMA-
TIC SP13 / OPERATION METHOD
To switch on the vacuum cleaner turn the general switch
(B). Then select the operating mode by turning the selec-
tion commutator (B1):
1. commutator (B1) in position "I" – motor operates
only in manual mode
2. commutator (B1) in position "O" – "motor + filter
shaker" operates in automatically
(REMOTE CONTROL - ELECTROPNEUMATIC)
Switching on and off the vacuum machine motor comes about
automatically in relation to the switching on / switching off:
a) of the electro-tool connected to the supplementary
socket (max W "see label on the plug "E").
b) of the air tool connected to the compressed air socket
When the tool is switched off, after about 8'' the vacuum
cleaner motor will switch off and the filter shake will start
for approximately 15''.
NB: If the tool is switched on again during the filter shake
phase this will stop automatically and the vacuum clea-
ner motor will start again.
3 .
Commutator (B1) in position "II"
Only shaker filter operates in manual mode
The operator can make the filter shake when he thinks it
is necessary (with the motor off) by pressing the commu-
tator in position "II" for 15" max.
(The minimum time between one use and the subsequent one
is 2/3 minutes).
(OPTIONAL)
IN MODELS WITH MOTOR POWER REGULATOR, ADJUST
THE CONTROLS TO INCREASE OR DECREASE THE SUC-
TION FORCE.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION WHEN CONNECTING ELECTRIC
OR PNEUMATIC TOOLS TO THE SUCTION MACHINE
WARNING: The manufacturer is not responsible for
damages to people or things deriving from an incor-
rect or negligent use of the ELECTRO-PNEUMATIC
REMOTE CONTROL system.
WARNING: THE SUPPLEMENTARY SOCKET (E) IS
ALWAYS LIVE WHEN THE PLUG ON THE ASPIRA-
TOR IS POWER.
WARNING: BEFORE CONNECTING ELECTRICAL
OR PENUMATIC TOOLS TO THE SUCTION MACHI-
NE CHECK THAT THEY ARE SWITCHED OFF.
WARNING: When using electro-tools, do not ex-
ceed the power stated on the vacuuming machine
supplementary feed socket. Check that the electro-
tool input voltage corresponds to what is stated
on the technical data plate on the vacuum cleaner.
Non-compliance with these rules can cause serious
accidents and damages to the user, also leading to
death. It is necessary that the vacuum machine be
connected to a socket with earthing system.
WARNING: BEFORE TURNING THE SWITCH ON
THE VACUUM MACHINE TO "O" CHECK THAT THE
TOOL IS OFF.
When pneumatic tools are used do not exceed the woking
pressure of 150 PSI (10 atm) – Danger of the feed tube ex-
ploding.
When work has ended disconnect the tool from the vacum
machine.
