Assembly Instructions for Model Number 136S-SL (Stella)
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Unwrap and remove all parts from the box. Keep the box and packing material until the product is assembled. In case of
return or exchange, failure to return product in similar condition as received could result in limited reimbursement. Please
save sales receipt as proof of purchase for warranty purposes. Check to ensure you have all the parts below. If you discover

PARTS IDENTIFICATION
A - Circular Cubby
B - Legs (4)
C - Dome Head Screws (4)
D - Allen Wrench
E - Pillow
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Attach the Legs (B) to the Circular Cubby (A) using the
Dome Head Screws (C). The screws should be placed
inside the Cubby and down through the holes in the
bottom. The legs attach to the outside bottom of the
Cubby. Use the Allen Wrench (D) to tighten each screw.
2.
Place the Pillow (D) in the Cubby.
