INSTALLATION OF HOOD WITH EXTERNAL LOCATION OF THE MOTOR
The motor for this hood can be uninstalled and positioned away from the hood. The motor can be moved a maximum of eight metres away from the
motor. Installation with the motor positioned externally shall be done in the following way:

Open the door by pulling down the front. The
door is held by a clip on each side of the door.

Unscrew the eight screws to release the motor.

Install the flange on the motor housing.

Install the brackets on the motor.

Remove the filter from the hood.

Cut the strip that holds the cable between the
hood and motor in place.

Install the hood in the cabinet as described in the section: INSTALLATION OF THE HOOD
steps 4-12.

Select a suitable location for the motor and
mark the location of the four key holes.

Tilt out the plate where the spots are fitted by
pressing on the inside of the front edge.

Unplug the plug between the hood and motor.

Install the flange on the motor.

Pre-drill the four holes.
