The Ref. 080093 / 080095 is an easy to handle model
trimmer specially designed for the field of dental
prosthesis.
Its 3000 r.p.m. powerful motor has a brake that stops the
spin after turning the main switch off.
Its dimensions give the unit an excellent stability during
operation. It features a 122 mm window (one of the
widest in the market).
Its design allows to place a big storage tray
(Ref. 100062) on the unit in order to keep the models
well arranged and the workbench clear.
The Ref. 080095 has a factory installed diamond disc.
The Ref. 080093 has a factory installed 80 grit abrasive
disc.
With the Ref. 080093, besides you will receive two
additional sample discs (grain 80 and 120)
Replacements:
80 grit abrasive disc (coarse)
120 grit abrasive disc (fine)
Diamond disc
The following items are also factory supplied:
- A water inlet hose.
- An extensible drainpipe.
- An Allen spanner to dismount the plate.
- A bolt to dismount the plate.

INSTALLATION
Environmental conditions:
 Use indoors only.
 Environmental temperature: 5-40 ºC [41-104 ºF]
 Max. relative humidity: 0-95 %

Degrees of protection: IP20
1. Carefully unpack the model trimmer. Make sure the
unit has not suffered any damage during the
transport.
2. Place the unit on a flat and firm surface, away from
any heat or vibration source. The place has to be
close to a water source with a threaded connection
and to a drainpipe.
3. Connect the bent end of the flexible hose to the
fitting placed at the rear of the unit. Connect the
other end to the water inlet. To do this, insert the
threaded tap connector at the end of the hose into the
tap.
4. Connect the water outlet hose into the water outlet
(H) in the right bottom front part of the unit.
Connect the other end of the hose to a drainpipe.
Place the hose with a certain slope, to prevent the
water flow to stop and to ease the drainage.
5. For an optimum operation of the unit Talleres
Mestraitúa, S.L. strongly recommends to use the
Ref. 080085 plaster decanter.
6. The unit has four rubber pads. When designing the
unit, special care has been taken to give the unit
enough weight and robustness to prevent any
movement during its operation. No additional fixing
element is needed.
