Connection and use:
Your blender is a three-part assembly. The upper part contains the motor housing and
the speed buttons. The lower part contains the Blade housing and the chop housing.
To lock
Hold the motor housing (1) in the right hand and the Blade housing (5) or the chop
hous-ing (6+7) in the left. Attach the motor housing up to the Blade housing or the
chop housing. Rotate the motor housing smarty to left. The assembly locks firmly.
To unlock
Hold the motor housing (1) in the right hand and the Blade housing (5) or the chop
housing (6+7) in the left. Rotate the motor housing to the right to separate the units.
How to operate your hand blender
Using the blade housing
As a finishing touch or when a particularly fine mix is needed. You can adjust the
speed of the unit with the stepless-speed control when using slow speed or high
speed. Hold the unit in the vessel to avoid splashing the contents and then press the
appropriate button to switch the blender on.
Using the chop housing
If you decide to use the chop housing, it is necessary to know that the chopper is
ideal for chopping a wide range of vegetables, sausages, etc. The chop housing is a
two-part assembly:

Chopping blade (7)
Lock the chopper in the same way as the blender. The chopper has two speeds and
a stepless-speed control. Press and hold the appropriate button to switch the blender
on. Release the button to switch the unit off. Use the slow speed where possible
especially if you want to chop the food into bigger pieces. The high speed can be
used for chopping up to the food. You can adjust the speed of the unit with the
stepless-speed control when using slow speed or high speed.
The stick blender blends and mixes fast and easily. Use it to make sauces, soups,
mayonnaise, purees, dietary and baby food, mixed drinks or cocktails. you can
operate the stick blender just as well in any bowl, and pan or other container too.
The stick blender has two speeds and a stepless-speed control. Press and hold the
appropriate button to switch the blender on. Release the button to switch the unit off.
Use the slow speed where possible especially when you begin blending or if you are
smoothing out lumps or making a puree. The high speed can be used Stepless-speed
