7.‐ CONTROLS BEFORE USE THE HAND TRUCK
If the truck has not been used for a long time, or it is the first time you use it, air may have
gotten into the hydraulic system. Please, follow below steps to remove air from the pump:
a. Turn the control lever to the drop position and shake the handle several times. Then
release the control lever.
b. Repeat this process several times until the truck operates normally.
7.1.‐ Particular case of the High lifting truck
For this particular case, in order to remove the air of the pump, follow below steps:
Release screw (pos. 12 fig. 2) counterclockwise and shake the handle slowly until the oil
overflows at this point. Stop the handle and then tighten the screw in clockwise.
Put the control lever at load position. Fully shake the handle several times and the
release the control lever. Repeat this process several times until the truck operates
normally.
8.‐ OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Distribute the load evenly on the forks. Do not concentrate
loads at one point, or load one fork more than the other.
If the load is not evenly distributed, the load must be
minimized.
Never overload the pallet truck. Stay within the rated
capacity of the truck.
9.‐ MAINTENANCE
Clean and maintain in perfect conditions your tools. Check from time to time the adjustment of
the screws.
An improper use, a use of spare parts that are not original and non authorized modifications
excludes IMCOINSA from any responsibility and warranty.
Attention!!
In order to keep for a long time, the required level of safety and
performance for the machine, the Distributor where you purchased the machine or the nearest
Technical Service of IMCOINSA should check it, at least, once a year.
Every day, before start working, the operator must check the efficiency of the control and
safety devices.
Attention!!
It is recommended to not open or handle inside the machine. In case of
failure, contact the nearest authorised technical service or contact your Distributor.
Handling inside the machine during its guarantee period, without the authorization of the
Distributor or the manufacturer's authorization disables the guarantee of the machine.
When it's useful life is over, do not throw the machine as a domestic waste, please take it to an
authorised place for its recycling.
