temperature. The first ice-making cycle will be longer because of the
relatively high-water temperature in the water tank, The ice-making cycle
will never exceed 30 minutes.
3. Adjust ice thickness: Press the "+/-" button on the control panel to adjust
the ice thickness. The number in the bottom left of the display window is
the time setting of the ice-making process. The default setting is 0. Press
the "+" button one time to add one minute, which will make the ice
thicker. Press the "-" button one time to reduce the time by one minute,
which will make the ice thinner. Restart the machine to return the setting
to 0.
Note: The selected settings only apply to the directly subsequent ice-
making cycle.
4. When the
symbol lights up, this means that the ice reservoir is full. The
machine will stop working until the ice is removed. The machine will then
resume working.
5. Shutting down the unit: When the unit is making ice, pressing the
"ON/OFF" button on the control panel will shut down the unit, which will
then enter standby mode. Holding "ON/OFF" for longer than 5 seconds
during an ice-making cycle will prompt the machine to enter the de-icing
process. This function can help remove the ice on the ice plate. Press
"ON/OFF" to shut down the machine.
6. Timer setting (setting range: 1-24 hours).
How to set the timer
Press the TIMER button. The default time setting is 1 hour ("1H" will be
shown in the display window). Then, press the "+" button to adjust to the
desired time. Every time you press the "+" button, 1 hour will be added to
the time. Press the "-" button to reduce the selected time setting. When
adjusting the time setting, the "H" in the lower corner of the display screen
will flash. Then, if the display has been flashing for 5 seconds without any
buttons being pressed, the "H" symbol will become constant, meaning the
timer program has been set successfully.
In standby mode, the display will show "5H," meaning that the unit will
start automatically after 5 hours. In ice-making mode, the display will show
"5H," meaning that the machine will shut down automatically after 5
hours. The "H" on the display screen indicates that the machine's timer
function is currently engaged. The number preceding the H will descend
