1. Assemble Base (2 and 3) to Fan Housing (1) making sure the cord is
enclosed between base (2 and 3). Secure together with 4 Screws (4).
Refer to Fig. 7 for proper alignment of assembled Base to Fan Housing.
2. Secure Power Cord (5) to bottom of Base (2 and 3) using the
Cord Clamp (7) with 2 crosshead screws (6). Refer to Fig. 8.
