AC-input/output wiring method:
1. Before connecting, disconnect the external circuit breaker and confirm that the wires used are thick enough. Refer to
chapter "2.2 Wiring Specifications and Circuit Breaker Selection".
2. Connect the PV input cable correctly according to the sequence of cables and terminal position shown in the figure below.
Warning:
▶The network input, AC output and PV array will generate high voltage, be sure to disconnect the circuit breaker or other safety
device before connection;
▶During the connection process, be sure to pay attention to safety; do not close the circuit breaker or other safety device, and
ensure that the "+" and "-" poles of each component are connected properly. The battery side must be installed with a circuit
breaker, refer to chapter "2.2 Wiring Specifications and Circuit Breaker Selection". Before connecting, disconnect the circuit
breaker to avoid strong sparks and short battery during cable connection. If the all-in-one machine is used in areas with frequent
lightning, it is recommended to install an external lightning rod at the PV input end.
▶Check if the connection is correct and firm, especially if the positive and negative values of the input of the battery, whether
the positive and negative values of the PV input are reversed, and whether the AC input is incorrectly connected to the AC
output.
Turn on the HOME KI equipment
First press the battery ON/OFF button, then close the circuit breaker on the battery side. Second, turn the boat switch under the
left side of the machine to the "ON" state, and the "AC/INV" indicator light blinks, meaning the inverter functions normally. Next,
close the circuit breakers on the external PV array and the power grid. Finally, turn on the AC load one by one after the AC
output is normal, so that the protection action does not occur due to the large instantaneous impact caused by the simultaneous
start of the load. The all-in-one machine works normally in the setting mode.
Note: If you supply power to different AC loads, it is recommended to turn on the charge with a large impulse current first, and then turn on the charge
with a small impulse current after the charge is stable.
Note: If the all-in-one machine is not operating normally, and the LCD display or indicator is abnormal, refer to Chapter 6 to resolve the fault.
