Optional: Inserting a SIM card
-Insert the SIM card in the card slot as shown in the
picture.
Note
An LTE-M -modem is installed in the wallbox.
-Nano-format SIM cards must be compatible with the
-LTE-M -standard. -The SIM card is not provided by
Mercedes-Benz.
Connecting the communication cables
The communication cables are inserted in the wallbox
from underneath through the left cable duct.
The cable duct channels are equipped with blind plugs.
Remove these to insert a cable in the wallbox.
Following installation, seal the unused channels again
with blind plugs.
Note that lines that are single-insulated only must not
touch the motherboard of the wallbox. If this cannot be
ensured, provide additional insulation for these lines.

Fitting the inner cover

Fasten inner cover (14) in place using screws (13).
