POSSIBLE CAUSES
1: The output circuit is earthed or short-
circuited.
2: Motor connection cable is too long.
3: IGBT overheating.
4: Internal connections are loose.
5: Main control board is defective.
6: The drive board is defective.
7: Inverter IGBT is defective.
1: The output circuit is earthed or short-
circuited.
2: Motor autotuning is not performed.
3: Acceleration time is too short.
4: Manual torque boost or V / F curve is
not suitable.
5: The voltage is too low.
6: The start-up operation is performed
on the rotating motor.
7: A sudden load is added during
acceleration.
8: The frequency converter model is of
too small a power class.

SOLUTIONS
