6.4.2 SET TRAINING SET
Users can set for both Basic mode and Interval Train Modes here. From SET Training Set, press
S3 to get to SET Basic mode. Press S1 to set Interval Train 1 to 3.
(SET Training Set) SET Basic → SET Interval Train 1 → SET Interval Train 3.
6.4.2.1 Basic mode setting
Basic mode setting: (HR limits, Speed limits, Auto Lap)
- In SET Basic mode, press S3/S4 to get to next or previous items in below sequence.
(SET Basic) Max HR Limits → Min HR Limits → Max Speed Limits → Min Speed Limits
→ Auto Lap → SET Training Set
- For each item above, use S1/S2 to set limits.
- For Auto Lap item, use S1/S2 to turn ON or OFF this feature. When Auto Lap is set to ON,
press S3 to enter Lap Distance mode and use S1/S2 to input the auto lap distance value.
Press S3 when done.
