Drying and styling hair
■
To dry hair quickly, we recommend starting with a high airflow rate and heat
setting for a short period. Once the hair has dried, switch to a lower airflow
rate and heat level to shape the hairstyle.
You can use the wide styling nozzle 7 to dry small sections of your hair
■
especially fast, because the airflow is concentrated through the wide styling
nozzle 7.
The narrow styling nozzle 8 is ideal for precisely styling and shaping your
■
hair. The airflow is slightly reduced by the openings on the side of the narrow
styling nozzle 8 which enables precise styling of the hair.
Use the volume diffuser 6 to shape natural curls/waves or give volume to
■
your hairstyle. To style natural curls/waves, hang your head downwards and
place your hair loosely on the volume diffuser 6. While drying, slowly turn
the hair dryer back and forth. Before you comb out your hair, let it cool briefly
so that the hairstyle stays in shape.
To give your hairstyle more volume at the hairline, use no more than the medi-
um heat level (see section Heater and blower levels). Hold your head up-
right and hold the volume diffuser 6 against your head. Slowly move the hair
dryer back and forth so that the tips of the volume diffuser 6 gently massage
your scalp.
■
To cool your hair, you can use the "Cool shot function" (see section Cool shot
function).
