5. Troubleshooting
5.1 Remote control does not work
Check whether the battery has been inserted with
the poles facing the proper directions. You can check
this by making sure that the label on the battery
corresponds to the polarity marked inside the battery
compartment.
If the control LED on the remote control does not
light up when you press a button, even when the
battery has been inserted correctly, then it is possible
that the remote control has a technical defect. If this
is the case, please contact our customer service team
or the retailer where you purchased this product.
5.2 The radio-controlled socket cannot be
switched on or off even though the remote
control is working properly
Repeat the steps above under "Learn function of the
radio-controlled socket" and, if necessary, contact
Hama technical support or the retailer where you
purchased this product.

Only clean this product with a slightly damp, lint-free
cloth and do not use aggressive cleaning agents.
