BEFORE FIRST USE

1. Clean all parts that come into contact with food.
2. Check all parts that carry gas, as described in the LEAK TEST section below.
Also do this if your barbecue was delivered already assembled by the retailer.

USING THE OUTDOORCHEF BARBECUE WOK
The concave shape of the solid cast iron surface allows it to be combined ideally with the Barbecue Wok. The BARBECUE WOK can be used
directly on the cast iron surface (without the wok adapter ring).
RECOMMENDED PANS AND POTS
We recommend you use only very heat-resistant pans and pots without any coating (e.g. Teflon). Ideally, choose pans and pots made from cast
iron, wrought iron or steel. In general, all standard pans and pots can be used provided these are suitable for use with gas cookers.
RECOMMENDED PAN AND POT SIZES
We recommend the following sizes of pans and pots: 24 cm / 28 cm / 32 cm.
