3.3 ELECTRICAL CONNECTION

Only carry out the electrical
connections
hydraulic connections have been completed.
The electrical installation must be carried out
by a qualified electrical professional.
All wiring must conform to national standards
for electrical installations.
3.4 FITTING
Install the pump and ensure that it is stable.
If the pump is inserted into a pit or a duct,
its dimensions must allow the float switch to
move freely.
4. COMMISSIONING
Prior to commissioning, check
the pump for possible external
damages (e.g. transport damages) in order to
prevent accidents with electrical current.

Never touch moving parts.
• Place the pump in an initial water level of at
least 60 mm to allow priming.
• Carry out a test run.
• Check the freedom of movement of the float.
• Avoid dry running, without pumped fluid.
5. USE
The inlet strainer must not be clogged by mud
and/or fibrous media.
The heights required by the float to start and
stop the pump can be changed by attaching
the float cable to the handle.
Note: The pump is equipped with an automatic
reset thermal protection.
6. MAINTENANCE
Disconnect the electrical supply
before carrying out work on the
unit!
Maintenance consists of checking and cleaning
the strainer:
• Turn over the pomp.
• Undo the screws.
• Remove and clean the strainer.
• Reassemble the strainer by following the
opposite procedure.
