CONTROL AND SAFETY DEVICES
6.1
Controls
Your machine is equipped as standard with a mechanical control panel (fig1).
6.2
Work area
The work area is located in front of the machine outfeed belt (fig2, n°6).
6.3
Safety features
This machine is equipped with the following safety features:
- an emergency stop button (fig1, n°1);

OPERATION
Forming intensity is set by adjusting the bar above (fig3, n°7).
Elongation is set with the handle on the left-hand side of the machine (fig1, n°3) (fig4) from 1 to 5.5.
A. Open the door using the catch located on the left-hand side of the machine (fig1, n°4) (fig5).
B. Twist the mushroom (emergency stop) button ¼ turn to the right if it has not been released (fig1,
n°1) (fig5).
C. Press the START button to start the machine (fig1, n°2) (fig5).
D. Insert the dough pieces onto the top belt (fig5).
E. Collect the moulded dough pieces from the delivery belt (fig5).
F. Press the mushroom button in order to shut down the machine (fig5).
For reasons of food hygiene, dough or flour left on the top of the machine or outside it must
under no circumstances be reused or reintroduced into the food chain.

MAINTENANCE
8.1
Daily, by a trained user
On finishing work, clean the machine in order to prevent flour from accumulating which could be
detrimental to its operation.
Brush the belts (do not use a metal dough cutter to do this).
Open the elongation setting (fig4) to its maximum extent in order to help the belts dry through air
circulation.
If there is excessive moisture, dismantle the entire elongation belt (fig6).
A. Set elongation beyond 5.5.
B. Remove the bar that holds the elongation belt through the right-hand side of the machine.
C. Remove the belt.
