L. Scope of the warranty
In the event of a problem:
The supplier warranty is valid for normal use of the product as
defined in the user guide for a period of 2 years on the product
(3 years for Spain) and 1 year for the battery.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by any cause other
than the device.
In particular, the warranty does not apply if the scooter has been
damaged as the result of an impact or fall, incorrect use,
connection that does not comply with the instructions in the
manual, the effect of lightning, mains overvoltage, insufficient
protection against heat, moisture or frost.
The warranty does not cover the user guide.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the product
(wheels, brake cable and sheath, brake pad, wear of the footrest,
wear of the mudguard, wear of the plastic protection covers, etc.)
The warranty does not cover deterioration of the product due to
misuse, including but not limited to damage caused by collisions
with objects or falling.
The warranty does not cover use of the product that is not in
accordance with the precautions for use stipulated in the user
manual.
The warranty does not cover defects caused to the product by an
accessory that is not provided.
The warranty does not cover damage to the battery.
The warranty does not cover the product or its accessories if it or
they have been dismantled or modified in any way.
The warranty does not cover products that are not identifiable by
serial number. If parts have been removed, erased, modified or
rendered illegible, the warranty does not apply.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by exposure to
moisture, extreme heat or cold, corrosion, oxidation, or any liquid
at all.
The warranty does not cover deformation, damage or breakage
of the main frame due to sudden drop, overloading or repeated
shocks.
