ELECTRONIC SWITCH.
This sander-polisher is equipped with an electro-
nic switch. With this switch the speed can be regu-
lated according to the pressure on the button. Only
use the electronic switch when you want to start
this sander-polisher slowly for a optimal surface.
Permanent use with reduced speed can cause an
overload because the motor then gets less cooling
air and therefore this sander-polisher will be over-
heated much faster.
CARBON BRUSH REPLACEMENT.
Replace carbon brushes if the original ones are
worn out. Use a screwdriver to unscrew the cover
(4), remove the original carbon brushes, put the
new carbon brushes into the holder and lock the
cover again.
TOOL CHANGE.
Before the beginning of all works, disconnect the
plug from the mains!.
MOUNTING BASE PLATE AND SCRATCH DISC.
Place the base plate or scratch disc onto the head
spindle and secure it with the help of the provided
screw (5).
MOUNTING THE WORK DISC.
Place the work disc centrally onto the Velcro pla-
te. The entire disc must cling to the Velcro plate
to ensure that the disc is attached securely. Atten-
tion!. Before you start working, check whether the
accessory has the exact position. Let the machine
start running in a safe position for a short time. In
case the machine does not run easily, immediately
stop working.
INSTRUCTION FOR USE.
Switch the machine on and put it carefully on the
surface you want to work on. Hold the machine
with both hands and move it in a linear or rotary
way. Attention!. Do not touch rotating parts!.
PLASTER MILLING.
Always make sure you observe the plaster
manufacturer's product information and notes on
use. If the notes on use and the dwell times of the
plasters are observed, optimum results can be
achieved. Attention!. Don`t plunge the work disc
into water!.
MAINTENANCE.
Thi sander-polisher has been designed for a long
working life with minimum maintenance. Optimum
use depends on correct care of thi sander-polisher
and regular cleaning. To prevent accidents, always
unplug thi sander-polisher from the power source
before cleaning or performing any maintenance.
Thi sander-polisher may be cleaned effectively
using compressed air after each use. If compres-
sed air is not available, use a brush to remove dust
from thi sander-polisher. Motor ventilation vents
and switch levers must be dept clean and free of
foreign matter. Do not attempt to clean by inserting
pointed objects through openings. Cetain cleaning
agents and solvents damage plastic parts, among
them are gasoline, carbon tetrachloride, chlorina-
ted cleaning solvents, ammonia and household
cleaners containing ammonia. Do not use any of
these to clean thi sander-polisher. Should exces-
sive sparking occur, have a Werku
service exam and/or replace the carbon brushes.
ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION.
The materials and components that have been
used to manufacture this product can be re-used
and recycled. Werku
Management System that is in charge of the co-
rrect elimination of the residues of this product. Do
not eliminate this product with domestic residues.

WARRANTY AND TECHNICAL SERVICE.
Werku
offers a warranty that covers the repair of all

defects found due to faults in the materials or ma-
nufacture. For this cover to be effective it is neces-
sary for these defects to appear within the validity
period. The consumer is entitled to free repair of all
defects (shipping costs, labour costs and materials
included), either via the repair or by replacement (if
necessary, with a later model). In any case, Werku
will not accept replacements if these represent a dis-
proportionate cost compared to the cost of repair.
This warranty does not affect consumer's rights es-
tablished by European or national laws. The validity
